About 2 dozen subscriptions have been received so far - see list below. 
Thanks for joining!  But no postings yet - hopefully this will get the ball 
rolling.

Our new committee consists of Howard Smith, WA9AXQ; Chuck Dellis, W9WLX; and 
Tom Macon, K9BTQ, plus other helpers and advisors that are coming on board.

We're open to any and all comments on what you like about WIQP and what 
could be improved.  Since 2013 WIQP is only 3 months away, rules won't 
change much if at all.  Beyond the basics, priorities are to be get all 
counties activated and to encourage mobile operation as much as possible.

BTW, the WARAC Midwinter Swapfest is coming up on Jan 5 in Waukesha.  Hope 
to meet many of you there!
