I know of the W3KM program but haven't given it a serious try.  From what I've 
heard, it does much of what's needed but not everything.  QP rules vary in 
interesting ways and the devil is in the details.

Most Parties develop their own software and that's what we've done.  The "robot" 
part scans incoming emails for valid cab logs and puts them in a folder for 
further processing.  Non-valid logs are flagged for manual follow-up.  The 
second part loads each log into a database, checks for dupes and scores it.

I'm thinking of putting together a slide show/demo for presentation at club 
meetings, etc., if there's sufficient interest.  Comments?
