[WIQPmail] Fixed and Mobile should have separate awards

Hello all!

I have to say that I have never seen a state QSO party that pit Mobile
stations and Fixed stations (with completely different rules) against each
other for a single award (Single Op). I know I am not the only fixed
station that has shy'd away from operating WiQP due to this issue. Fixed
stations should not be competing against Mobile stations, when the QSO
rules and point bonuses are different.

I hope that this can be rectified. If the problem is the cost of a second
plaque, I have already talked with a number of ham businesses and clubs in
Wisconsin that would entertain sponsoring a new plaque, so that both Top
Fixed and Top Mobile can have separate plaques.

What would it take to make this change? How can I help?

If you feel strongly for or against this type of change, I am guessing now
is the time to chime in.
