[WIQPmail] W0ZQ/m plans - Correctin

No change to my plans, just a correction.  The last cty is St. Croix, or STC, not STE.  So its Clark, Eau Claire, Jackson, Trempealeau, Buffalo, Pepin, Dunn, Pierce, and St. Croix.  20, 40, and 80m Charlie Whisky.   Weather looks to be so good that I may wear my Hawaiian shirt.
