[WIQPmail] NG9T Route

I'm a late arrival to the Wisconsin QSO Party (WIQP)!  More info for this
contest is at http://www.warac.org/wqp/wqp.htm.

I hope to work the following counties in northwestern Wisconsin:
Burnett, Washburn, Douglas, Sawyer, Bayfield, Ashland, Rusk, Chippewa,
Dunn, Barron, Polk, St Croix

I'll mostly be on 20m (~14.275) first, then 40m (~7.245).  Depending on
conditions, I may also go to 15m (~21.365) or 10m (~28.405).  Towards the
end of the day I may move to 80m (~3.875).
