[WIQPmail] W9HB/m route

After taking last year off from running around Wisconsin, W9HB and KF9D will activate some counties on 3/13.Itinerary includes, WAL, KEN, RAC, WAU, JEF, DOD, COL, SAU, IOW, LAF, GRE, ROC.  The loop around Dane countyincludes fewer counties than previous routes, but gets us out and about for a fun run.  Operation will be cw on 20/40, (don't have an 80m ant for the new wheels)  and we will  on v/uhf and aprs.  'Safe travels' to all mobiles.
