[WIQPmail] K9TIT/m Route

Here is the route and counties that K9TIT plans on operating for the QSO
party this year. I might still tweak the route that we take in order to
spend more or less time in a particular county.

We'll be in;
Door
Kewaunee
Brown
Manitowoc
Sheboygan
Fond du Lac
Dodge
Green Lake
Waushara
Waupaca
Winnebago.

We cut back the number of counties that we are going to attempt to get
since we had to modify our route on the go last year and cut some counties
out due to time. Hopefully this route will work well for us.
