[WIQPmail] WIQP and LOTW

LOTW and stations who are registered with LOTW have been posting
Counties when you look up DETAILS when there is a confirmation.

Problem is that some Mobiles in the WQP will sign  /MIL or /FON or
what ever.  Usually there is no credit issued because of this.  If you
submit only the Mobile call and not with the /FON you get only the
credit for his home county not the one he was in while Mobile.

So you Mobile guys out there under what call sign format do you submit
your logs to LOTW?  What formats does LOTW except?
