 I know this is a bit of preaching to the choir, but below is the 2018 WIQP
announcement.  Time to get those mobile operations fine tuned and ready to
go.  That is absolutely what are group is up to.  BTW pretty much the same
rules as last year.



The *2018 Wisconsin QSO Party* is scheduled for Sunday, March 11th, 2018
from 1:00 PM to 8:00PM.  The best 7 hours of Ham Radio fun ever!!   Check

The website has all the usual WIQP assists, rules, maps, entry forms,
logging information, etc,  freshened up for 2018.  For those planning a
mobile, rover or portable operation, don't miss the Activate All 72!

at county activations/results for the past several years.

Come and join the fun.  Work a ton of Q's or only a few, we want you to
participate and enter your log!!!

*-- Bonus Station: * The West Allis Radio Amateur Club station, *W9FK*,
will be on the air throughout the contest.  Each contact is worth 100 Bonus
Points per band, per mode.

*--Log Submittal Deadline:*  The period for submitting logs has been
significantly shorted to two weeks, which means *all logs must be received
by March 25th*.

*--Club Competition:*  Enter with your WI Club.

Now is the perfect time to finalize your plans for this years event.  Save
the date, March 11th, and looking forward to seeing you in the contest.
