[WIQPmail] APRS maps with county lines

Hi Dave,

The county lines come from a file hosted on the Minnesota Wireless Assoc 
web site. In this case it is 
http://www.w0aa.org/docs/maps/WICounties.kml. I have a KML file for each 
of the states where I run mobile in a QSO party.

Being a Parks On The Air (POTA) guy this is a -very- useful link to have
bookmarked as a reality check when I'm wondering lost around a WI state
park. (Hi Jim N9JK!)

My son is getting married this weekend, with out of town company I
really doubt I'm going to be operating.
