The Logger+ manual is correct.

I made this change that will appear in Tuesday’s release. Check it with 
your Low power entry.

WI QSO Party: Changed the low power Cabrillo score output to include the 
fractional power multiplier. The Score window points displays an integer 
value so the fractional points will be rounded up 0.5 point. (WB9SBD)

Scoring in the WIQP
On the sponsors web site,

it says,

Until recently, the N1MM logger would not compute your claimed score 
correctly if you were in the LOW power category. Recent releases (early 
2018) have fixed this (TU to N1MM & Co.). It's great that this is fixed, 
but since all WIQP logs are rescored when they are processed, this never 
affected our published contest results.

But on the N1MM+ Site,

it says,

The 1.5 power multiplier is not supported. The score is stored as an 
integer.

So what way is it?

Does it do the math correctly or do I still need to do it on my own 
afterwards?
