[WIQPmail] WI QSO Party Interactive Map

FYI: I added the WIsconsin QSO Party Map <https://qsomap.org/wiqsoparty.php>
to my list of QSO Party maps at QSOMAP.ORG.

You simply upload your contest log ADIF file and a map is displayed showing
the counties worked highlighted in green. Hovering your mouse over a worked
county shows a list of stations worked in that county. Filters are
available for mode and/or band.
