[WIQPmail] No FT8/FT4

Did I read the WIQP rules right. NO FT8/FT4 ?? What is the reason for this?? FT8/FT4 is digital.FCC test no longer require a CW certification. Jim K9TFSent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device
