[WIQPmail] 2024 WI QSO Party Excel workbook

Thank you for this very useful tool.  Based on this,  K9TIT will be
skipping Wood county in order to make sure we can get into Kewaunee as we'd
be the only station for that county.

We will be operating ssb on 80-10m.
