state QSO party that pit Mobile stations and Fixed stations
(with completely different rules) against each other for a
single award (Single Op). I know I am not the only fixed
station that has shy'd away from operating WiQP due to this
issue. Fixed stations should not be competing against
Mobile stations, when the QSO rules and point bonuses are
different.<o:p></o:p></p>

the problem is the cost of a second plaque, I have already
talked with a number of ham businesses and clubs in
