size="+1"> station located in State from Out of State, look at
the soapbox for W1NN - he works much of the time in <font
size="+1">Japan,<font size="+1"> but has a remote connection
to his home station in Ohio. He <font size="+1">does
quite well in many contests o<font size="+1">perating
that way.<br>

As far as<font size="+1"> spotting, Michigan does not
allow use of incoming spots for S<font size="+1">ingle
Op entries. Ohio <font size="+1">encourages
spotting in all categories but discourages self
spotting (as do most contests).<br>

ignore the rules are subject to their own <font
