<div>In watching the e-traffic here on the reflector it seems that the northwestern WI counties have good mobile coverage.  The county that is closest to Mpls that currently does not have any mobile visits is Clark (unless Rolf makes it over there with his Plan B .... Plan A misses Clark).  </div>
