into. The stand-alone version of the flyer was updated but not the one in the

<DIV><FONT face=Arial>1. Eliminated technician categories (lack of
participation)<BR>2. Clarified that pre-existing portables cannot claim bonus
points<BR>3. Remote operation:<BR> "Stations operated remotely
will be considered pre-existing Portables (not eligible for Bonus points). The
transmitter location must be given as the sent exchange."<BR></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Two other changes should have been made...<BR>1. Spotting
may be used but self-spotting is not allowed. [this item came up after rules
changes were published - see reflector thread]<BR>2. Printed computer logs will
no longer be accepted (Please submit them electronically) [forget to put in this
