[WIQPmail] Rover Route Planning for WiQP

I messed up when trying to post this to the WiQP reflector earlier this
week.  So I will try again.

I am looking for Counties that people would like to see activated by Rovers
from the west and NW part of the state.  I have run basically two different
routes in the three years I have participated as a rover.

Any requests?
