[WIQPmail] Fwd: Mobile and fixed Station Competing

I agree with Scott.  This is really quite simple.  WiQP already has the 
following entry classes:

SO Fixed                MO Fixed
SO Mobile              MO Mobile
SO Tech                  MO Tech
SO Rookie             MM Fixed
                                 MM Mobile

Just separate the awards between fixed and mobile. the sub categories 
are already there (Tech/rookie, etc.)  This levels the playing field by 
having mobiles compete against each other which is where your incentive 
to operate mobile comes from.

As Scott said....mobiles have their own set of rules and incentives.  
Let them compete within those rules against each other and let the fixed 
stations do the same.  Mobile and fixed really ARE different.
