[WIQPmail] Route for WI QSO Party W9MSE

Planned route for this year's WI QP for W9MSE assuming weather, roads, etc cooperate.
 
Green (GRE), Lafayette (LAF), Iowa (IOW), Sauk (SAU), Richland (RIC), Grant (GRA), Crawford (CRA), Vernon (VER), Monroe (MON), Juneau (JUN). Wood (WOO), Portage (POR), Adams (ADA), Waushara (WSR), Marquette (MRQ), Columbia (COL), Dane (DAN).  
 
This is the same route as last year except we didn't get to Dane before the contest ended.  Mainly on 40 and 20 meters, with some try at 80 later in the day.
