[WIQPmail] WIQP Plaques

While the subject of WIQP awards is being discussed I would like to say 
that WIQP has a great plaque. I have been fortunate to win plaques in 
MN, WI, IA, and NE. The Wisconsin is hands down the best.

I have attached a picture of last year's plaque for those that are 
interested.
