[WIQPmail] DX QSOs

I am getting ready to submit our own logs (KB9LIE and K9OT) plus helping several club members who made some contacts. 

How are DX QSOs supposed to be listed for the exchange? In the past, I believe that "DX" was all that was needed to be logged. Is the actual country name needed now, even if that wasn't what the operator sent?
