The rules could easily be written to prohibit "extreme contesting" in 
the Multi-Multi Class.  State that all the equipment must be within a 
500' radius, or the boundaries of the property, whichever is larger.  
See the CQ WPX rules, for one, on how to write that into therules. If 
"extremecontesting" becomes popular within WiQP, make itseparate from 
Multi-Multi.

As far as operating a remotestation located in State from Out of State, 
look at the soapbox for W1NN - he works much of the time in Japan,but 
has a remote connection to his home station in Ohio.   He does quite 
well in many contests operating that way.

As far asspotting, Michigan does not allow use of incoming spots for 
Single Op entries.  Ohio encourages spotting in all categories but 
discourages self spotting (as do most contests).

Folks who ignore the rules are subject to their own consciences.
