[WIQPmail] Log question

My two cents worth.....I signed NR0T/county.
My reasoning was that this would create a unique callsign in the other
ham's database.  Otherwise they would get a DUPE notification from their
logging software.
Most software packages either allow DUPES or give the option of Rejecting
or Allowing Dupes.
It is also obvious to the people answering my CQ that I have changed county
without having to wait for me to make an exchange.
