Received in today's mail is the 2017 Wisconsin QSO Party plaque for highest
scoring single operator fixed in Wisconsin.

I'd like to thank the SMC membership for sponsoring the plaque, and all the
folks at WQP/WARAC for hosting the contest.  It's always a great time on
the air!!
