Not being sure that previous message went to the correct address, here it is.


How could w9hb have nearly 400 qsos and not work any states or provences?   the log/summary sheet l sent in shows 37 states and 1 Canadian along with the 23 WI ctys.


Eight months of working on the final scoring and no one ever noted/questioned the zero SP entry?
