[WIQPmail] 2018 Wisconsin QSO Party Announcement - Mar 11th

I am currently planning on operating.  No route set yet, but as a SO I only cover eight to nine counties, most likely Clark, Jackson, Eau Claire, Trempealeau, Buffalo, Pepin, Dunn, Pierce, and St,. Croix, 20/40/80m probably CW only as this is for fun !
