[WIQPmail] K9TIT Mobile Route

Sorry for the late submission for the K9TIT route. We are going to do a
very similar route to what we did last year and the counties we will be in
will be:
Door
Kewaunee
Browm
Manitowoc
Sheboygan
Ozaukee
Washington
Dodge
Fond du Lac
Winnebago
Outagamie
Calumet

There is chance, but it's a very slim chance, that we'll be able to get to
Green Lake, Waushara and Waupaca counties, it all depends on how we are
doing on time towards the end of the contest.We typically decide which way
to go when we are in Dodge county depending on the time.

We will be running APRS as K9TIT-9 during the contest.
