[WIQPmail] W0ZQ/m revised WiQP route

I decided to try an experiment for this years WiQP.  I will be visiting fewer counties than originally planned which, as a solo op, allows me to operate a bit more and to now including phone.   From each county I will run through CW first on 20, 40, then 80m, and then as time allows move over to phone on 20, then 40 then 75m.
