[WIQPmail] 160 meters in WQP

Don't forget about 160 meters in the last hour or two.  It was hard to tease people over to 160 last year, but I know a couple years ago there was mini pileup.  Please check it if you can in the last bit of the contest when everyone seems to be a dupe.  I'll be CQ'ing on CW from WAP to give it a try.
