[WIQPmail] APRS usage in WIQP Question

Hello WI QSO Party Animals!
I am curious if anyone monitors APRS packets for county location during the WIQP for mobile stations.
If so, what do you do with that information?  Any difference if the mobile is exclusively CW or Voice?  HF versus VHF?

What tools or websites do you use?

Thanks!  Just curious how people leverage this resource, or if it is something of the past.
