[WIQPmail] W9AFB Mobile Route

Going to give mobile operating a try this year.  Planning on Rock,
Walworth, Racine, and Kenosha, likely in that order.  No exact times, but
planning about an hour at each starting around 1pm. 40m primary.  W9AFB-5
on APRS and will listen to FM38 during the transit between counties.
