[WIQPmail] A request for clarification on digital modes in the Wisconsin QSO Party rules.

Hi Mike.  Since "digital scores as CW" the QSO should be marked as CW.
 Otherwise, if it were marked as DIG, you might later work the same station
as CW, and that would not be allowed.  Basically, there are two modes you
may work a station, SSB (voice) and CW (morse code or any digital mode).
