Hi, Joe -

Yup, the only real difference in the flyer is the date into. The stand-alone version of the flyer was updated but not the one in the "package".

Rules changes for 2016 are minor:
1. Eliminated technician categories (lack of participation)
2. Clarified that pre-existing portables cannot claim bonus points
3. Remote operation:
    "Stations operated remotely will be considered pre-existing Portables (not eligible for Bonus points). The transmitter location must be given as the sent exchange."

Two other changes should have been made...
1. Spotting may be used but self-spotting is not allowed. [this item came up after rules changes were published - see reflector thread]
2. Printed computer logs will no longer be accepted (Please submit them electronically) [forget to put in this change]

    I clicked on all the 2016 links and the only one that came up 2015 was the Package Link.  The other ones are all OK.  


    Tom will get this changed, but if you need it today, you can recreate the package via several of the links on the page.
